Kirill Lipa, General Director of Transmashholding, and Boris Levin, rector of Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT), signed a partnership and collaboration agreement.
The agreement is aimed at elaborating professional training and career development systems for engineers and technical staff of Transmashholding and at enhancing the scientific potential of both MIIT and Transmashholding.
Under the agreement, employer-sponsored education is organized for experts, a system of grants is introduced for the best students, and internships and job placement for MIIT graduates are provided. Managers, experts and workers employed by Transmashholding and its entities will have opportunities for additional professional education including MBA and Executive MBA programs.
Transmashholding employees will be involved in teaching students through lectures and practical training; they will participate in the certification commission activities at the completion of postgraduate and adjustment training courses as well as in scientific events of MIIT.
The agreement has an unlimited duration.
