Russian rail cargo transport company Trubnaya Gruzovaya Kompaniya (TGK) has acquired entities of RailTransHolding, according to TGK’s controlling shareholder Alexander Karmanov. The entities manage railway wagons taken from leasing company VEB – Leasing. The transaction concerns 37,000 wagons.
RailTransHolding is a Russian producer and operator of railway stock. The details of the deal were not disclosed. According to experts, the asset may cost approx. RUB 7bn (USD 107.2m).
