According to Governor Georgy Poltavchenko, St. Petersburg may delay metro development projects. Although “the funding of metro construction projects will not be reduced”, the projects might be delayed for one or two years, Georgy Poltavchenko said. The projects execution is to be delayed only in case of a negative economic trend.
