Sofia metro operator Metropolitan awarded a 4.7 million lev + VAT (2.4 million euros) contract for equipment supply to local company Transportna Avtomatika. Under the contract, the company will supply equipment and spare parts for carriages. Transportna Avtomatika was the only bidder in the tender.
