Slovenian railway company Slovenske Zeleznice plans to raise its capital to 205.3 million euros through recapitalisation carried out by the government. The increase would amount thus to 110.2 million euros, according to the state asset management company, SDH.
The government has to adopt the timeframes for the capital increase, after the supervisory board gave approval to the this decision.
Slovenske Zeleznice’s net profit stood at 17.4 million euros in 2013 and at 14.4 million euros in 2014.
