Swiss railway comapny SBB decided to award the fulfillment factory for Datacom-Next Generation Network to Comptel. The tender covers software FlowOne related licenses and services. The value of the procurement is approximately 6 million euros.
According to Swiss law for public procurement, there is a 20 day appeal period, during which complaints against the awarded tender may be filed at the Federal Administrative Court of Switzerland. After the appeal period, the contract can be signed between the parties.
