Tiisa – Infraestrutura e Investimentos and Comsa has been selected to finalise second phase of São Paulo’s Amarela metro line 4. The value of the contract is BRL 858 million (USD 247.2 million).
The contract includes the civil works for the Higienópolis-Mackenzie, Oscar Freire, São Paulo-Morumbi and Vila Sônia stations.
The consortium will have to complete Higienópolis-Mackenzie station within 1 year, Oscar Freire station within 15 months, 18 months for São Paulo-Morumbi and 36 months for Vila Sônia station.
When completed, the Amarela Line 4 will run from Luz to Vila Sônia, on 14 km and 11 stations. 981 million passegers are estimated to use this line.
