Russian Railways, RZD is in talks for the participation in construction of a 170 km of a railway in Kuwait, according to a signed protocol on the occasion of the fifth Russian-Kuwait intergovernmental commission.
The line will run from the border with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the south of Kuwait, and will be part of the GCC railway network.
