Testing of a Ro-La service on the Kaliningrad-Moscow route took place this month. A trial shipment of a truck trailer on a piggyback flatcar took off from Kaliningrad on 10 February. The trailer with a conditional consignment was placed and fixed on a flatcar at the Kaliningrad-Sorting station. The flatcar was included in a train which headed for the Kuntsevo-2 station (Moscow). The flatcar arrived at the station of destination on 13 February. The transport time (including the passage of border check points) was 76 hours, twice faster than by road.
