RZD will analyze the possibility of taking part in the tender for a stake in Greek rolling stock maintenance company Rosco after a final decision on a binding offer for Greek railroad operator TrainOSE has been made, First Vice President Alexander Misharin said.
“We are not studying that now. It is a second stage, and the main issue here is when we make a decision (on TrainOSE). After that comes Rosco. Rosco will not be sold before that,” he said.
Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said that the company will decide whether to file a binding offer for the privatization of TrainOSE in a month or month and a half.
