RZD Logistics will become the partner of VTG Rail Logistics for transport on the 1520 mm track gauge. The first common project of the parties will be cooperation on the delivery of equipment parts to the Amur gas processing plant (near Svobodny).
According to the agreement, RZD Logistics in partnership with VTG Rail Logistics will provide the service of cargo receiver and is expected to organize terminal works, as well as to form shipment and provide road freight transport on the “last mile”. Moreover, RZD Logistics will escort the cargo in Far East ports of entry, including forwarding in ports, transshipment of cargo and its securing on rolling stock.
