Russian Railways plans to complete the construction of its back-up data centre in Yekaterinburg by the end of 2016, reports Cnews.ru. The company is looking for a contractor for the final construction and installation works. The value of the deal totals RUB 224.2 million (USD 3.4 million). The deadline for submitting offers is April 29.
The project was started in 2011 and completion was initially planned in 2013. The size of the data centre is over 8,000 square metres.
