United Company RUSAL-Trading House, a unit of Russian aluminium company United Company RUSAL Plc, and LLC “EN+ LOGISTICA”, an associate of En+, have signed two addenda for contracts, extending their collaboration for the transport of goods by railway. The addenda were concluded for the purpose of obtaining bundled services, which are more economical than obtaining various logistic services separately from various service providers.
Under the first addendum, “EN+ LOGISTICA” agreed to provide transport logistics services for transportation of goods by railway for an estimated value of USD 51,508 (+ VAT) until the end of December 2016. Under the second addendum, “EN+ LOGISTICA” agreed to provide transport logistics services for transportation of goods by railway for an estimated value of USD 30,127 (+ VAT) until the end of December 2016.
The annual aggregate transaction amount that is payable by RUSAL to the associates of En+ under the addenda to the two contracts for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 is estimated to be up to USD 12.022 million.
