Nasdaq Stockholm has announced that following the request of Railcare Group AB, it has admitted the company’s shares to be traded on Nasdaq Stockholm. The listing will be in effect starting from 3 April. The company currently has 21,901,945 shares. Railcare Group AB provides railway maintenance services primarily in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. The company offers works on the track area, ECM wagon workshop services, as well as railway transportation services.
