Polish Railways announced a tender for the modernization and electrification of Lublin- Stalowa Wola Rozwadów line. The value of the project is PLN 350 million (EUR 81.3 million) and includes 100 km of railway lines. The project is financed under the Operational Programme for Eastern Poland.
The project includes the rebuilding of bridges and viaducts, the installation of modern traffic control devices as well as safety systems at level crossings. Under the project, stations platforms and bus stops will be modernized, and will be build two new stops at Charzewicach and Zaklikowie.
