PKP Cargo received another contract from the Enea Group in a tender for transport services of black fuel from Silesian mines to the power plants of Enea in Kozienice. The new agreement extends the collaboration of Enea with PKP Cargo.
Under the new contract, PKP Cargo will transport 1.25 million tons of coal within a period of 12 months. The transport services will be realized in compact compositions with a net shipment weight of at least 2.3 k tons in standard freight cars. The contract has a value of almost 37 million PLN (8.3 million euros).
“The continuation of cooperation with Enea confirms the quality of our services and market experience, and also the fact that our partners from the power industry can always count on us,” said Grzegorz Fingas, member of the Board of PKP Cargo.
