Mosaic Transit selected London Trackwork Inc to supply special trackwork and switch machines for Toronto’s Finch West LRT. The contract will be completed within two years.
The trackwork contract includes R30 &R50 geometry turnouts with single and double crossovers, diamonds on the mainline and at the maintenance and storage facility.
Mosaic Transit Group is LRT general contractor. The Finch West LRT project envisages the construction of a 11-km light rail line served by 18 stops. The LRT will start commercial services in 2023.
