Italian public transport company Ferrovie Nord Milano (FNM), operating in northern Italy, has made a bid for a 50% stake in ATV, the public transport company for the city of Verona. FNM had offered EUR 21 million, well above the EUR 12.5 million starting price set by vendor Verona city council.
