Italian rail operator NTV has selected Banca IMI, Golden Sachs and Credit Suisse to prepare next year’s listing, sources close to the file said. NTV has already organised a first reunion with these three banks, said one of the sources. Banca IMI is the division of the Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo which owns 19% of NTV’s capital.
NTV is to be listed in the first half of next year. The Italian company reported a turnover of EUR 329 million in the first nine months of the year, a 26% increase, and an EBITDA of EUR 114.8 million in the same period, a 79% increase.
