Fesco has completed the acquisition of 25% plus 1 share of Russkaya Trojka, which were bought from Russian Railways under a RUB 622 million (USD 9.75 million) transaction.
Following the procedure, Fesco became a sole shareholder of Russkaya Trojka, an intermodal operator.
Before the transaction the Fesco had 75% minus 1 share of Russkaya Trojka.
Fesco will begin to develop the company, in particular the container transport business. The rolling-stock of Russkaya Trojka will be used within the intermodal service of cargo transport via Trans-Siberian Railway.
The Russian intermodal operator owns 1638 fitting platforms.
