Croatian conglomerate Djuro Djakovic Holding announced that it has decided to cancel the sale of its subsidiary Djuro Djakovic Strojna Obrada. The decision was reached following the evaluation of received bids. Djuro Djakovic Strojna Obrada is mainly active in the production and repair of locomotive and rail wagons wheel sets and the manufacturing of diverse power transmission gears.
In December last year, the conglomerate invited investors to file expressions of interest for the acquisition of its two units: Djuro Djakovic Strojna Obrada and Djuro Djakovic Energetika i Infrastruktura.
The nominal value of the 100% stake in Djuro Djakovic Strojna Obrada is 10.3 million kuna (1.35 million euros).
