A consortium led by Bulgarian construction company Trace Group Hold has won a 10.4 million levs (5.3 million euros) contract for the overhaul of a 12.9-kilometre long railway section between the towns of Stara Zagora and Zmeyovo in southern Bulgaria. Works on the project must be completed within 7 months.
Trace Group is currently carrying out the rehabilitation of two railway stretches, connecting the towns of Skutare and Orizovo, as well as Straldzha and Tserkovski, respectively.
