As part of two consortia, builder Budimex filed best bids worth PLN 1.2 bln (EUR 278 million) for two out of eight tasks of a Otwock-Lublin railway line modernization tender. The tender was organized by PKP PLK and was divided into eight tasks, from A to H.
In the A task, the best offer of PLN 479.8 mln (EUR 111 million) was filed by a consortium of Budimex Budownictwo and Ferrovial Agroman.
In the B task, the best bid of PLN 734.8 mln (EUR 170 million) gross was filed by a consortium of Budimex’s unit Mostostal Krakow, PKP Energetyka and Schweerbau GmbH.
