The company announced plans to develop a mobile app aimed to improve the metro travel experience. The main role of the app is to facilitate the access of students to metro services.
At the same time, when using the app, passengers receive real-time information regarding their journey. The app will come with notifications that will pop on the user’s screen to warn them about potential changes occuring during their journey.
The market survey announcement has already been launched on the public procurement platform. Thus, specialists are asked to send suggestions or proposals so that the company could make an estimation of the development contract and then tender it. The winner must also provide maintenance and update of the application.
Proposals could be sent to Metrorex until March 15, 2019.
