On June 2, Russian, Iranian and Azerbaijani railways have signed an agreement for further cooperation that includes the launching of the experimental container train between Bandar Abbas – Moscow.
Under the agreement, the parties will develop the North – South Transport Corridor and will work jointly on railway tariffs to attract freight flows and will facilitate the rail freight along the Corridor.
