The agreement on the creation of free trade zone between the countries of the Customs Union and Vietnam will be ready by the beginning of 2015.
According to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov, Since 1 January 2015, the Eurasian Economic Union should be really operational, and the relevant agreement will be signed on behalf of the Union”. “Today there is a decision to establish a working group of representatives from the Ministries of Finance and Central Banks of Russia and Vietnam for the development of mutual trade.”
