Bids may be submitted for the maximum number of lots: 3.
According to the MDRAP announcement, the maximum number of lots that can be attributed to a single bidder is also 3, so only one bidder has the opportunity to win the entire tender.

The offer submitted must be valid until August 27, 2019.
According to the specifications, the new trams will have to be 100% low-floor on the entire surface available for passengers, with a maximum speed of 70 km / h, adjustable, electronically limited to 50 km / h. The tram lifecycle must be at least 30 years (8 years without general overhaul).
