Saudi Railway Company has chosen QPR Software (QPR) to automate its strategy and performance management. The solution also includes quality and risk management.
The solution will be implemented using QPR Metrics product, a leading performance management software, and includes powerful performance dashboards, which enable SAR to effectively monitor and manage strategic objectives, KPIs and initiatives throughout the organization. The solution also covers quality and process management to be implemented with QPR ProcessDesigner software, and it enables proactive management control over strategy execution and performance, as well as operational alignment and efficiency. The visual performance dashboards provide a vehicle for SAR to effectively communicate strategy throughout the organization.
