The Ukrainian company Tatra-Yug signed a contract to supply 15 tram cars to Alexandria (Egypt). This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Volodýmyr Groysman. „The Egyptians will travel in Tatra-Yug wagons produced in Ukraine. The Ukrainians participated in the tender”, Groysman noted.
He recalled that in early 2017 the company that has a 24-year experience of wagon production in Yuzhmash won the bid organised in Egypt. „Already in the near future, 15 tram cars of our company will circulate from the Egyptian city of Alexandria”, Groysman emphasized.
