Sofia’s officials have launched a tender for the supply of 13 new trams with an indicative value of 51 million levs (EUR 26 million). The tender also includes the provision of the necessary training, as well as supply of materials needed for the short-term maintenance of the trams. The deadline for submitting offers is 21 March. Bids will be ranked according to the offered price, delivery date, guarantee terms as well as other criteria.
