The Russian R&D Institute of Informatisation, Automation and Communication (NIIAS), RZD’s subsidiary, signed seven agreements at Innotrans.
NIIAS and Bombardier Transportation (Signal) (Bombardier’s Russian office) signed a memorandum of understanding, under which the parties would cooperate to export joint technologies to other countries.
With Schweizer Electronic NIIAS signed roadmap, agreeing on a plan of cooperation by 2019 to develop and implement joint signaling solutions in Russia and Switzerland.
NIIAS also signed an MOU and Confidentiality Agreement with SAT4M2M to jointly work on rolling stock and infrastructure diagnostic and monitoring systems.
NIIAS signed an MOU and Confidentiality Agreement with Eureka Navigation Solutions to cooperate in rolling stock and infrastructure diagnostic and monitoring.
NIIAS inked an MOU with Iskratel to develop and implement IP telecom solutions for rail transport.
NIIAS also signed an MOU with ČKD International s.r.o.
