World Bank (WB) has published the request for expression of interest for consultancy service for the review and evaluation of the infrastructure maintenance program for Azerbaijan Railways (ADY). The project is financed by WB under RailTrade and Transport Facilitation Project.
The consulting services include reviewing and evaluation ADY’s infrastructure maintenance program and investment practices and prepare a comprehensive review thereof with appropriate recommendations. The activity will be completed within 7 months of the commencement of services.
Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than September 30, 2016.
