Russia’s largest logistics center for agricultural products “Agromir Kazan” with the total area of 148 ha will be built in Kazan by 2021, the Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina told TASS. According to Minullina, the new logistics complex will allow to ensure food security for Tatarstan and other Russian regions.
The construction is scheduled to start in September. The first phase of 49 hectares worth RUR 9 billion (USD 131.4 million) is planned to be launched in 2016.
