Business Design Centre, London
Metrorail 2017 will be in its 13th year and it continues to grow and attract C-level executives from metros, urban rail projects and light rail systems from around the world. This event helps rail operators and transport authorities plan, develop and improve their public transport systems and assess which suppliers can aid them in doing so. Building on the initial success of World Metrorail Congress, we introduced other co-located events including LightRail, RailTel and RailPower. This allowed urban transport operators to cover challenges in improving safety, efficiency and capacity of their rail systems, all in one meeting place.
In 2017 we are planning to feature more metro CEOs than ever before, from more countries than ever before. They will be speaking alongside urban transport visionaries and futurists to explore the future of urban mobility and what it means for existing projects and systems. 2017 will be the biggest gathering of urban rail executives and suppliers in the event’s 13-year history. Up to 1000 urban rail leaders will descend on London’s Business Design Centre to find out where the future of public transport lies.
