Ukrainian rail company Ukrzaliznytsia started on 10 November to sell train tickets by mobile app on smartphones in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. This can be used on smartphones running any operating system and tickets can be paid for by credit card. To use the mobile app passengers need to access http://booking.uz.gov.ua from a smartphone.
Currently train e-tickets (which are not required to exchange at railway stations) operate on all internal traffic except for suburban, regional and extra trains.
