Transport for London (TfL) is proposing a 4km extension (1.5km of new track) of the London Overground Gospel Oak to Barking line to Barking Riverside. This scheme replaces the previously proposed Docklands Light Railway (DLR) extension from Gallions Reach to Dagenham Dock via Barking Riverside.
