Listed builder Trakcja in consortium with Spanish company Comsa filed the lowest offer of PLN 527 mln (119.5 million euros) gross for construction works on the Sochaczew-Zychlin and Placencja-Lowicz railway stretches. The tender was organized by railway infrastructure manager PKP PLK.
PKP PLK estimated initially the value of the contract at PLN 750.3 mln (170.1 million euros). Six offers were filed. Listed builders Budimex and ZUE in consortium with Strabag filed the second lowest offer of PLN 548.6 mln (124.4 million euros).
