Stadler Minsk will execute an order of Norwegian State Railways, Peter Spuhler, CEO and owner of Stadler Rail Group, said as he met with Belarus President Alexander BelTA agency informs. “We showed initiative and moved certain orders for Western European states here. This is the order of Norwegian State Railways,” Peter Spuhler said. “Besides, an order to assemble trams for St. Petersburg will be fully executed in Fanipol.” The meeting also focused on the possibility to produce trains for the third Minsk metro line at Stadler Minsk. Peter Spuhler added that the company is eager to work in Belarus. The factory will continue purchasing Belkommunmash components and, perhaps, will develop partnership with other Belarusian enterprises.
