Société du Grand Paris awarded Arcadis a EUR 12 million contract within Grand Paris Express” metro lines. This 15 year contract represents an extension to the initial contract for the project and will cover the “orange” line which includes 26 km of new line and 10 stations. The additional investment in Parisian metro infrastructure will amount to EUR 3.5billion.
The initial contract included the “red” line project, with 100 km of new metro line and 40 stations.
The red and orange metro lines are among the first major investments in the Grand Paris masterplan. Arcadis will be involved in all project and program management services, technical advisory, the interfaces with other parts of the Parisian transportation system.
