A lot of companies, including foreign ones, are showing interest in buying the stake Russian Railways holds in TransContainer freight operator, Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov said, quoted by TASS agency.
“I know that many companies, several large players, are willing to take part in this transaction. We will welcome them,”he said.
“There are applications from foreign participants,” Akimov noted.
“If we arrange the sale correctly, that means that it is open, competitive, without artificial limitation of the line-up of participants, it is clear that we can get a good financial result,” the Deputy Prime Minister further said.
