Republika Srpska plans to invest BAM1.37 billion (EUR 700 million) in public projects in 2016-2018, of this total BAM 608.2 million (EUR 312.8 million) will be spent in 2016, according to the programme for public investments for the next three years.
According to the government’s programme, a substantial share of state funding over the next three years will go to the transport sector – BAM 380.9 million (EUR 195.9 million). This includes BAM 28.4 million (EUR 14.6 million) used for railways upgrades.
