EU will support with over EUR 850,000 development studies for the port of Linz. The project aims to increase the port’s capacity to receive larger inland water, rail and road transport flows.
This project features design studies for the expansion of the tri-modal terminal at the port to address its growing needs. It will deliver a master plan for port development, as well as detailed and executive designs to prepare the construction.
Total project cost is EUR 1,711,928, of which percentage of EU support is 50%. The project is to be completed by the end of 2015.
