Polish state railway group PKP is preparing the sale of shares in other subsidiaries. PKP Intercity, the long-distance passenger transport unit of the state-owned railway firm, will probably be the second one to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Before that happens, PKP may sell telecommunications unit TK Telekom, energy unit PKP Energetyka and IT subsidiary PKP Informatyka.
The group will publish invitations for investors interested in TK Telekom and PKP Energetyka within the next two months. Work on the sale of PKP Informatyka is scheduled to start early next year.
