Wagon hire and rail logistics company VTG Aktiengesellschaft has a new major shareholder, Kühne Holding AG, with over 20% of VTG AG’s share capital. The funds managed by Wilbur Ross are the selling shareholders of the stake to Kühne Holding. After more than ten years, Wilbur Ross has thus sold all components of his shareholdings. Kühne Holding AG’s share purchase makes it VTG’s second-largest shareholder, after Andreas Goer, who owns 29 percent of the company’s shares.
