Croatian railway infrastructure operator HZ Infrastruktura is seeking to acquire a new diesel self-propelled single track recording car, which will be funded with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD. The car can consist of several non-separable articulated modules and will be designed and built for the measurement of a maximum speed of 140 km/h.
The tender is divided into two stages. The first will consist of a technical proposal only, without any reference to prices. Only bidders who meet the qualification criteria will be invited to submit a second stage tender. The sealed tenders from suppliers for the first stage can be submitted by 7 November.
