Following Cargolink’s exit from the Norwegian market, the Swedish rail freight haulier Green Cargo will launch four new regular country-wide services from Oslo’s Alnabru Kombiterminal.
Once operations are fully up and running, the links with Bergen and Trondheim will run two times per day, while the connections with Stavanger and Åndalsnes will be daily.
“We are glad to have responded to the Norwegian market’s demand for the development of our business in the country in such a fast way. Our offer is approached with big interest and we have already secured volumes in order to start operations with a good frequency,” Jan Kilström, CEO of Green Cargo, said.
