Advanced Construction Technology Services (ACTS) has been appointed to oversee drilling work and to conduct testing and analysis along two of the six new metro lines being built in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Its subcontract packages for Riyadh Metro Lines 1 and 2 area in support of the BACS Consortium, made up of Bechtel, Almabani General Contractors and Consolidated Contractors Company and Siemens). BACS was awarded the contract by Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA), the executive branch of the High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh.
