CRRC Jinan Co, a subsidiary of China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC) has won the contract for the delivery of 800 freight wagons to Pakistan.
The deal, with expected sales revenue of over CNY 200 million yuan (USD 30 million), is the largest overseas order for CRRC Jinan Co.
Under the contract, the company will deliver 780 coal hopper wagons and 20 cabooses. The prototype assembly has been finished and is being tested.
The Pakistan authorities will conduct the acceptance process.
