CFR SA has signed 3 consultancy contracts worth RON 1,539,098 (EUR 345.7 Thousand), contracts concerning the modernisation of 7 bridges and 5 culverts in the administration of Braşov, Constanţa and Timişoara regional subsidiaries and included in the Sectoral Operational Programme Transport 2007-2013, Priority Axis 2.
I.S.P.C.F. S.A. will provide consultancy contract worth RON 904,308 (EUR 203 Thousand) for engineering and constructions and for the supervision of modernisation works of 3 bridges and 4 culverts in the administration of Braşov and Constanţa regional subsidiaries, while BAICONS IMPEX will provide consultancy services worth RON 634,790 (EUR 142.6 Thousand) for engineering, construction and supervision of modernisation works of 4 bridges and 1 culvert in the administration of Timişoara regional subsidiary.
The contracts assigned through open tenders, with Contract notice, are valid for 21 months to maximum 37 months and the financing source is ensured by the European Commission (85%), through the European Regional Development Fund, and by the State Budget (15%).
