Bulgaria’s Ministry of Transport has announced it would propose BDZ holding creditors a new preliminary draft agreement for restructuring the company’s loans.
The plan will include specific measures and deadlines for their implementation, the ministry said. The draft plan will represent the foundation of future negotiations with BDZ creditors which will be held at the beginning of October, the ministry states in the press release.
